Must try!!Easy to make and fast to go... Ice cream Cake.

If u all tak suka regular cakes, muak, too sweet..
If u all tak suka buat kek, leceh, malas, kek bantat...

...tapi still u need a cake...to celebrate, to serve ur friends, ur family, ada special occasions or just untuk everyday pleasures..
U must try this easy Ice Cream Cake. I cilok idea from Nigella, customize sana sini...sesuaikan dengan bahan2 yang senang dapat kat supermarket kat malaysia ni. I always create a sort of mini project i gave myself to cook a good number of dishes from Nigella.Tak sabar2 nak share dengan semua ...sebab cake ni senang dan sedap...mesti cuba, dan I believe ramai yang dah cuba.

U just need:
Any brand of vanilla ice cream ...tak payah mahal2, honey roast peanuts ... I beli yang dalam peket kecik2 tu,Cadburry Crunchie bar..broken into shards and dusty rubble & Oreo biscuits yang cream dia chocolate, bukan vanilla,broken up into crumbs .

** Nak senang...Crunchie bar dengan oreo ni just masukkan dalam plastik...and ketuk dengan lesung batu

mix je semua bahan2 ni....dalam bowl besar...Masukkan ice cream mixture dalam springform tin ...pastu flattening the top like a cake, and cover the top with clingwrap and place in the freezer to firm up...itu je.
Serve the cake straight from the freezer...tapi punya la masing2 tak sabar...belum keras penuh lagi dah potong.Potong and serve with the butterscotch atau chocolate sauces.Kalau original recipe, u need to serve with butterscotch sauce...tapi...I malas nak buat..so...dalam fridge ada hershey chocolate sauce...guna je la...sedap jugak. Last sekali..sprinkle the top of the cake with the extra crumbs kalau ada lebih. Tada...dah siap...senang kan??

wah ikin ni mesti try ni.. sng sangat mesti rasa2 mcm mud pie kat tgi.. ni klu ada org nak dtg short notice bagus nih, yg sweet ketuk dgn penumbuk tu kih kih...keep posting resepi kek yg sng2 yerr..

Kak nerry...cube la cake tu...sonang yo...sodap plak tu...

Butterscotch tu nak buat dia leceh jugak...tapi bila dah jadi...sedap..

3 sudu besar light brown/muscovado sugar (muscovado tu...kat cold storage ada...tapi kalau takde pakai soft brown sugar biasa je)
2 sudu besar white sugar
1/2 cup golden syrup
2 sudu besar unsalted butter (ikin selalu guna jenama anchor)
1/2 cup heavy cream
vanilla essence

cara2nya puan2 dan tuan2:
1.Melt dua2 jenis gula tu, syrup and butter dalam saucepan and boil for 5 minutes. Kena sentiasa kacau

2.Add the cream and vanilla,masa ni dia cam berbuih2...jangan panik... kacau kejap...pastu tutup api.

Tada...siap....
