It's a time...to say I Love U Abah....who is always ready to give a hand....
in simple and meaningful ways....

'Oh-so-simple Yellow Butter Cake'
the recipe…
1 cup Butter – softened
Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
1 1/2 cup caster sugar
4 Eggs –at room temp
2 1/2 cups self-rising flour
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
lotsssss of loveee
method ..
-Preheat oven to 160 degrees Celcius. -Cream together the butter and sugar.
-Grease well a baking tray / line with baking paper
- Beat in the eggs, one at a time.
-Combine the milk and vanilla.
-Add alternately to the creamed mixture with flour, ending with the flour.
-Mix only as much as necessary.
-Finally....Pour into the baking tray with love and bake till golden brown. ..kalau suka boleh sampai kerak tu hangus2 sikit...
Kalau ada lebih...boleh buat simple cupcakes...
There was no fancy decoration....
sure to love..
lagi sedap kalau makan dengan vanilla ice cream...
after having the first bite of this cake...tanya abah, suka tak...'abah suka sangat la kalau kek tak banyak ragam ni..kosong je..sedap'. :).
ye...celebration sangat simple, yang penting abah happy
Abah suka bunga...dua pasu bunga rose ni untuk abah.
Abah pilih tempat breakfast...jom kita breakfast sama-sama pagi Ahad...

For the recipe, kalau nak lagi moist, ganti cake flour with the high protein flour. Tapi tak sesuai untuk cupcake..nanti dia mendap.
